Jason Collyer, 46, had a catastrophic fall on Monday evening while hunting when his tree stand gave way and caused him to fall 18 feet to the ground.

The fall has left Jason with broken ribs, crushed vertebras, as well as cuts and bruising.

He was transported to the hospital where he underwent emergency surgery. Although surgery was successful the doctors still are unsure if Jason will be able to walk again.

Jason will have a long road of recovery ahead of him and will not be able to return to work anytime in the foreseeable future.

We are looking to offset some of the financial burden that will be coming Jason’s way from medical bills, being out of work, and to help with his recovery.

Jason works as a Body Man and is a car enthusiast.

He is a loving dad to his daughter, Emma.

A caring friend, and the kind of guy who will lend a hand to whoever needs it.
